When you go to a website design firm and ask them if they see anything
that needs to be changed on your site, what do you think their
answer will be? Would you go to an automobile mechanic, and ask
him if he sees anything that needs to be fixed? Get an objective
analysis - not just a come-on for expensive site changes.
A typical Website
Excellence report is from 25-35 pages in length; it
covers the home page and the overall site layout and navigation,
as well as
product pages and
shopping carts. Our entire toolset, consisting of more than 400 different
usability standards and 200 e-business best practices, will be
applied to improve your site.
This is a report
that can be tailored to your specific concerns:
- Are you in the process
of redesigning your site? Let us give you a second opinion before
customers see your new site.
- Are you concerned
that your site is not gathering enough sales leads, or that potential
customers are not looking at enough pages on your site?
- Do you need an evaluation
of your non-profit organization site? Make sure your site is
serviceful for visitors and that your organization's message
is heard.
The Website Evaluation Process
Once you have made
your purchase:
- You will
receive an acknowledgement from us; we will take a look at
your site and see what is required for the report.
- Once we
have determined your needs, you will be sent a short list (5-10)
of questions to help us prepare the report.
- This report
is designed to be flexible; we are determined to answer your
particular concerns about your website
- When we
have read through your answers, we will contact you by phone
(if possible) to clarify any questions you have, and to make
sure we understand your situation.
- The report
will be completed within 3 business days; a copy of the report
will be sent to you by email. Also, copies of the report will
be provided in a secure area of the website for pickup.
- After you
have read through the report, we will talk with you
by phone and answer any questions you might have.
- Payment
is requested once you have received your report.
