The Internet Death Penalty
According to one recent analyst quoted by Cyberatlas, the expectations of visitors to websites have skyrocketed in recent years. So much so, that people who use the web frequently will terminate their business with you if your website is not up to par.
According to Michael Reene, of Enterpulse Corporation, if a website does not meet user expectation, two-thirds of the more than 300 users they surveyed said they would not return.
Four keys are mentioned for a great website:
Ordinary consumers are even more critical of websites than other business owners.

- easy to navigate (96%)
- in-depth information on its subject (93%)
- quick response (quick page load times) 89%
